| The First Consultation meeting is conducted free of charge by an organizational development consultant. The purpose is to gain a solid understanding of client’s request and identify which of our specialist consultants is best suited to be working on the project. At the end of this phase, we provide the client a proposal outlining our initial recommendations and the associated fees necessary to proceed | Once the client has decided to proceed to the next phase, MUMTAZ RANA will introduce the specialist(s) we believe to be the most suited to the project. The specialist consultant will then conduct a deeper diagnostic analysis in order to provide a set of clear recommendations. The length of time this phase will take depend on the complexity of project issue and the work involved in the project. | In many cases, the client company will choose to implement the recommendations of the specialist consultant on their own, with the specialist consulting to act in the advisory capacity only. However, should the client with RSM to manage the implementation of the recommendations, this can be contracted for at this point | The recommendations are implemented as agreed. | Regular feedback will be sought throughout the process with an additional evaluation conducted by the RSM project manager on completion of the project. |
